Teams School Year Training

The Xcel Program is a national USA Gymnastics program of gymnastics levels that runs alongside the Junior Olympic program.  At Balance, we develop well-rounded gymnasts, using positive training practices.   Our gymnasts work towards optional and elite gymnastics as they progress through the 6 divisions in the Xcel program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire.   Our activities develop strength, speed, balance,  and flexibility in a safe and controlled environment that builds confidence and independence.  Balance has developed structured lessons that are developmentally appropriate, unique and progressive.  Our competitive athletes make a commitment to meet training hours based on their level.   Please see the Front Desk or e-mail info@balancegyms.net  for additional information.

Pre-Team 1:

Monday: 4:30-6:30PM

Friday: 4:30-5:30PM

Pre-Team 2:

Monday: 4:30-6:30PM

Saturday: 10:00AM-12:00PM
